Qutbnuma (قطب نما) is the everyday Urdu word for a compass: the instrument that shows the qutb, the pole star. A compass does not walk the road for you. It tells you, honestly and every time, which way is true.
That is our job too. We do not teach your child. We find the one person who will, and we check them before they reach your door. Then we keep pointing true: if the match is wrong in the first 7 days, we replace the tutor or return our share.

When you confirm, we send an Order ID (for example QN-261001-001) and tuition starts. We follow up in the first weeks.

Tutors’ CNIC details are never shared with parents. Your number goes only to the tutor matched with your child, and is never sold.

Registration
No registration fee for parents. None for tutors either, and no security deposit.
The tutor’s fee
You and the tutor agree the monthly fee together, by class, subjects and days per week.
Our share
Our share is 50% of the first month’s fee, taken from that fee, not added to it. From month 2 the full fee goes to the tutor.
If the agreed fee is Rs 10,000 a month: in month 1, Rs 5,000 goes to Qutbnuma (with your Order ID) and Rs 5,000 to the tutor. From month 2, the full Rs 10,000 goes straight to the tutor. You and the tutor set the real fee.

Common questions
Do parents pay a registration fee?Kya parents ko registration fee deni hoti hai?
No. Registration is Rs 0 for parents. Sending a request, the tutor introduction and one demo class before you confirm are all free.
What does Qutbnuma charge?Qutbnuma ka kya charge hai?
Our share is 50% of the tutor’s first-month fee, once. It is not an extra charge: in month 1, half of the agreed fee comes to Qutbnuma and half goes to the tutor. From month 2 the full fee belongs to the tutor and you pay the tutor directly. For short tuition (a crash course of 45 days or less) our share is 35% of the total agreed fee.
Is the demo class really free?Kya demo class sach mein free hai?
Yes. One demo class before you confirm is completely free. After the demo you can confirm or say no. There is no charge either way.
What if we are not happy with the tutor?Agar tutor pasand na aaye to?
Tell us on WhatsApp within the first 7 days and we arrange a replacement tutor at no extra charge. If we cannot find a suitable replacement within 7 days, we refund Qutbnuma’s share in full.
How do you check tutors?Tutors ko kaise check karte hain?
Before any introduction we collect a CNIC copy, the latest degree or result and 2 references who are not relatives. At an interview we see the original CNIC and degree, and we call both references. A police character certificate is optional, and we tell you whether it was provided. A tutor’s CNIC is never shared with parents. See every step.
