No. Registration is Rs 0 for parents. Sending a request, the tutor introduction and one demo class before you confirm are all free.

Our share is 50% of the tutor’s first-month fee, once. It is not an extra charge: in month 1, half of the agreed fee comes to Qutbnuma and half goes to the tutor. From month 2 the full fee belongs to the tutor and you pay the tutor directly. For short tuition (a crash course of 45 days or less) our share is 35% of the total agreed fee.

You and the tutor agree the monthly fee together, based on the class, subjects, days per week and distance. Add your budget to the request form (optional) and we look for tutors in that range.

Yes. One demo class before you confirm is completely free. After the demo you can confirm or say no. There is no charge either way.

Tell us on WhatsApp within the first 7 days and we arrange a replacement tutor at no extra charge. If we cannot find a suitable replacement within 7 days, we refund Qutbnuma’s share in full.

Before any introduction we collect a CNIC copy, the latest degree or result and 2 references who are not relatives. At an interview we see the original CNIC and degree, and we call both references. A police character certificate is optional, and we tell you whether it was provided. A tutor’s CNIC is never shared with parents. See every step.

Yes, female tutors are available on request: choose “Female” in the form. A guardian must be at home during every home tuition class. We have zero tolerance for harassment: on a complaint the tutor is suspended at once while we look into it. Female home tutors.

Home tuition: Nazimabad, North Nazimabad, FB Area (Federal B Area), Gulberg Town and Gulshan-e-Iqbal in Karachi. Online tuition: anywhere. If your area is not listed, WhatsApp us anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we can find a tutor.

Class 1–8 (all subjects), Matric and Inter (Karachi Board, Science and Commerce), O Level and A Level (Cambridge), and Quran (Nazra, Tajweed and Hifz support). At home or online.

When you confirm, we send an Order ID on WhatsApp (for example QN-261001-001). Send our share, 50% of the first month’s fee, directly to Qutbnuma by bank transfer or JazzCash with the Order ID in the reference, and pay the other 50% to the tutor. From month 2 you pay the full fee to the tutor. Only pay to account details that come from our official WhatsApp with your Order ID.

If tuition stops during month 1 for a reason that is not the tutor’s fault, our share is charged only for the days taught, with a minimum of one week. If you have already paid the full share, we return the rest.

Qutbnuma is a new tutor placement service in Karachi, started in 2026 by Muhammad Shaniyal in Nazimabad. There is no registration fee, so you pay nothing until you have met the tutor in a free demo class and confirmed. We never ask you to pay any number or account that does not come from our official WhatsApp (0313-2988345) with your Order ID.

We are on WhatsApp from 10 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week, and try to reply within 15 minutes. Send complaints only to our official WhatsApp. You get a written reply within 15 days (in line with the Sindh Consumer Protection Act 2014), usually within 24 hours.

No. Registration is Rs 0 and there is no security deposit. Qutbnuma’s share is 50% of the first-month fee of each new tuition (35% of the total agreed fee for short tuition). From month 2 the full fee is yours, paid to you directly by the parent.

A CNIC copy, your latest degree or result, 2 references who are not relatives, and a short interview. A police character certificate is optional. We ask for documents only after shortlisting, and your CNIC is never shown to parents.

That is fine. Send Qutbnuma’s share within 3 days, with the Order ID. Qutbnuma never holds a tutor’s money.

For 12 months after an introduction, if the same tutor teaches the same family (siblings included), even if it was arranged outside Qutbnuma, it counts as a Qutbnuma placement and our fee applies. The rule applies to parents and tutors alike.
