Tutor terms in short
Fees and payments
- Registration fee: Rs 0. No security deposit.
- Qutbnuma’s share: 50% of the first month’s fee of each new tuition, once.
- From month 2 the full fee is yours; the parent pays you directly.
- Short tuition (crash course of 45 days or less): 35% of the total agreed fee.
- Usually the parent sends our share to Qutbnuma with the Order ID and pays the rest to you. If the parent pays you the full amount, send our share within 3 days with the Order ID. Qutbnuma never holds your money.
- One free demo class before the parent confirms (no charge to anyone).
- 12-month non-circumvention: for 12 months after an introduction, any tuition you give that family (siblings included) counts as a Qutbnuma placement.
Documents and conduct
- CNIC copy: never shared with parents
- Latest degree or result
- 2 references who are not relatives
- A short interview (in person, or by video for online-only tutors)
- Police character certificate (optional)
- A guardian must be at home during every class. Zero tolerance for harassment: a complaint means immediate suspension.
- You are an independent tutor, not a Qutbnuma employee.
